Giving back through life-changing experiences.
Try mediation. Mutually beneficial agreements are reached a majority of the time. The process can be faster, and the costs are often much less expensive than other alternatives.
Mediation is a voluntary process for persons or groups in dispute. A neutral third-person called a mediator meets with all parties involved. It is the mediator's role to help all parties reach a settlement. It is not a court hearing. A mediator is not a judge or decision maker.
Step 1
Call us st 563-676-0098. We will contact the other parties and set a convenient time for all. The process begins with a meeting, which is held at a mutually convenient neutral location. Disputes can be resolved in one meeting.
Step 2
At the mediation, each party talks about the problems from his/her perspective. Our mediators act as neutral facilitators works with ech party to reach a mutual solution or workable agreement. Your discussion and agreement are completely confidential.
Step 3
All parties sign the mediated agreements. What is said in mediation is for settlement purposes only and may not be used in court. The mediator will follow up on the agreements to ensure satisfaction.
